Thank you for your work on this Netflix Project!

This document explains how to keep this Project confidential. By following these guidelines, you will be helping protect this Project from leaks.

  • Content Protection
    • I will not discuss the Project online or in public without Netflix's permission.
    • I will not take screenshots, photos, videos, or audio recordings of any material related to the Project.
    • I will not save Project materials on personal devices unless Company or Netflix provides prior permission in writing (email acceptable), and in such case, I will promptly delete the Project materials when personal device use is no longer needed.
    • I will only view Project materials in private spaces and will not conduct any work on the Project in public or common spaces. I will only use Company or personally managed WiFi.
    • I will only use code names (when provided) in all communications about the Project.
    • I will not share behind-the-scenes details even after the Project has launched without Netflix's approval.
  • Account Security
    • I will create and maintain strong passphrases and/or passwords (using a string of multiple words or mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols) for all Company systems and Netflix tools.
    • I will use different passwords for different systems - also, if possible, use a password manager.
    • I will never share my login details with anyone.
    • I will log out when stepping away from my workstation.
    • I will only approve Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) requests that I initiate.
    • I will report any unexpected login attempts or abnormal login behaviors to Company immediately.
  • File Handling
    • I will only use approved Company and Netflix tools and systems for Project work.
    • I will obtain approval before transferring any files and, if approved, make sure to do so according to Company’s instructions. v2025Jun20
    • I will not use personal email, cloud storage, or messaging apps for storing or sharing Project materials.

I understand that:

  • I must follow all policies and procedures and complete all trainings established by Company and Netflix to keep the Project confidential.
  • Not protecting my user credentials and/ or using the same password across multiple systems makes my account and the Company vulnerable to credential attacks.
  • Transferring files through unapproved systems creates opportunities for data interception.
  • Deviations from these practices can result in security breaches; as such any deviation must be explicitly approved by Netflix.
  • Poor security practices can compromise not only my account, but potentially Company’s entire system.
  • This Project’s Acknowledgement Form is signed in addition to any non-disclosure agreements I have already signed with Company and/or Netflix and all standard confidentiality expectations and obligations are still in full force and effect.

I acknowledge that:

  • Failure to follow these security practices may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
  • Security breaches caused by my actions, even if approved by Company, could jeopardize my and Company’s relationship with Netflix.
  • I may be held personally responsible, including legally liable, for damages resulting from security breaches I cause.
