As part of our ongoing effort to increase security and streamline communication within the DTT Program, we provide all linguists with a dedicated Google account for you to use during your collaboration with us.

All DTT communications will be sent exclusively to your Keywords Gmail account, not to personal email addresses. (However, Hand Offs and any notification from BPS will still be redirected to your personal account).

Your DTT email address is EXACTLY the same as your SASS login; if you received credentials for a different account or you find any inconsistency, please notify us immediately. Best Practices

Please use this account exclusively for DTT Program activities — including document sharing, file access, emails, and Chat messages.

This ensures all communication and materials are managed in a secure and unified workspace, helping us:

  • Maintain consistent security settings 
  • Keep DTT-related content separate from personal or external projects
  • Collaborate efficiently across Google Drive, Docs, Chat, and Calendar
  • Provide quick support or account resets if needed

Key Tools & Guidelines

The new account will give you access to a series of tools that we recommend to use for any DTT related activity.

Google Chat: For urgent communications, assignments, and general updates. It is recommended to install the desktop or mobile app for a smoother communication.

Google Drive: We will share all materials for the DTT Program on our shared Drive and give you access to the necessary resources (quality trackers, training material, etc). You also have access to your Keywords managed individual space on Drive (please do not upload personal data there)

Gmail: For DTT-related communication only. SASS notification, delivery reports, quality reports, new project requests, etc will be sent to this new inbox. The use of this account for any communication unrelated to the DTT Program is strictly prohibited. If you encounter any issues during setup or login, please contact [email protected].
